In this program, artists will engage with mentors in their fields for professional development, participate in creative dialogue with their peers for inspiration and collaboration, and receive coaching support for personal wellbeing and sustainability.

Patron of an Artist

Your patronage in the amount of $3,600 will underwrite residency expenses for one artist selected by our esteemed review team.

As a Business Sponsor, you will have a significant impact on the lives and careers of numerous artists. For your support of residency programming, your business or organization will be recognized in the following ways:
Public Acknowledgements
- Recognition on our website
- A description of your business and your support in our newsletter

- Collaborative marketing opportunities at events such as open studios or community shows

Founding Angel Donor
$10,500
As a Founding Angel Donor, you may designate 3 Fellowships in your name, or the name of your family or organization. In this unique and personal way, you can support causes which are important to you, by designating fellowships for the benefit of a specific artist or focus (to be agreed upon by the donor and the Residency).
These may include:
- BIPOC artists
- Artists from a particular country
- Creatives who are also parents
- Projects uplifting oppressed women
- The LGBTQ community of artists
Your contribution will cover residency costs for the 3 artists, allowing them to focus solely on the creation of their work and giving their best to the program. Each donor will receive acknowledgement on our website, social media outlets and at all events.
Founding Fellow Endowment
$50,000
By making a donation at this level, you establish a permanent endowment in your name or your organization’s name. The Founding Fellow Endowment will underwrite the management of annual residencies and ensure that Essere Residency can continue to expand its scope and diversity, offering ongoing support to numerous international artists for years to come.
Acknowledgement of your endowment will be listed on the homepage of the website and on all creative materials. Your name and logo will appear on all residency programming and any event materials.
An annual report will be issued detailing information about the artists whom your endowment has supported. The recipient artists will be provided with information about your generous gift and you will have the opportunity to engage with them and their new work. VIP invitations will be presented to you for all residency events.
